Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. We deliver almost anywhere. All deliveries have a travel fee that is greater than 10 miles away from our Saginaw location and is based on your zip code.

Q. Does the price include delivery and setup?
A. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, listed prices include standard setup, not delivery. Order minimums and travel fees apply based on the distance from our Saginaw warehouse. All inflatables must be delivered and fully set up by our crew for safety and proper installation.

Q. What if we need to cancel?
A. Once an event is booked, all reserved items are immediately removed from our inventory and cannot be booked for other clients. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable. If an event needs to be rescheduled, the deposit will be placed on file as a raincheck credit and may be applied to the next event. Because trucks are loaded and crews are scheduled the day before each event, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled setup time to qualify for a raincheck. Events canceled less than 48 hours before setup are not eligible for rainchecks or refunds. Bullfish Party Rentals does not issue refunds for deposits under any circumstances when you cancel your event.

Q. What happens if inclement weather causes a cancelation?
A. Wind and rain are our biggest nemesis! In the event of freezing temperatures, rain, and/or strong winds exceeding 15 MPH, such that the equipment cannot be safely used, we may cancel delivery without penalty. For inclement weather cancellations, the deposit will either be returned or credited to a newly scheduled date, provided the desired equipment and dates are available.

Q. Do I need to make a deposit to reserve?
A. Yes, we require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of your scheduled event. If the balance is not paid within 48 hours of the event, the card on file will be automatically charged. You can contact us if you wish to pay with a different card from the one on file.

Q. Are we responsible if the unit tears or is damaged in any way?
A. Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over time. If this happens, please alert us so we can remedy the situation. If damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (such as not turning off the blower in high winds), you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit or blower, which can cost thousands of dollars.

Q. Are your rentals clean or dirty like some of the others?
A. Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned using commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitised. Once the unit is clean, it is inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Q. What type of parties and events do you provide rentals for?
A. Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. They are commonly used for birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more.

Q. Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
A. Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for each situation. When placing your reservation, please let us know what type of surface your rental will be installed on. Inflatables set up on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables on other surfaces or indoors are secured using sandbags.

Q. Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
A. Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables specifically designed for water use. We will be happy to let you know which water units are available for your event. We provide a 25-ft water hose; if the inflatable is further away, please have an additional hose available.

Q. Do your units contain any lead in the vinyl and are they safe?
A. All of our units are made from 100% lead-free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it is a requirement, and the safety of your children is our number one priority.
